The model featured in this video adopts the 780 × 650 mm layout, specifically producing PP box lids — a product particularly popular in the South American market.

The Sinoplast three-station thermoforming machine is powered by seven servo motors, strategically located at the sheet feeding unit, upper and lower forming stations, plug assist system, upper and lower cutting stations, and stacking unit.

The machine is also equipped with ELSTEIN heating elements, a trusted German brand known for their fast and uniform sheet heating. This improved thermal efficiency helps significantly reduce production costs.
