Our thermoforming machine features a structure driven by built-in eccentric wheels and bending arms, designed to accelerate production speed and enhance equipment quality. The entire machine utilizes servo motor control, which improves product accuracy while offering greater programmability. For instance, operators can easily adjust the operating speed and the eccentric wheels stop position of each workstation directly from the touch screen.
A good thermoforming machine also requires a more convenient way to change molds. When changing molds with our equipment, you only need to place the mold on the mold table, push it in, and press the lock button to complete the process. You no longer need to manually align the upper and lower molds, which greatly reduces the difficulty for customers to replace them.
If your factory still has a sheet extruder, you can choose to purchase an online crusher. During production, the waste generated by the hot forming machine can be directly connected to it and crushed. After crushing, you can mix it with new PP or PET particles and pour it into a plastic sheet extruder for re production. You don't have to worry about how to dispose of the waste after production.
