High-speed thermoforming machines are commonly used to manufacture disposable plastic products such as egg trays, fruit packaging boxes, and cold drink cup lids. These machines are equipped with three workstations and feature a maximum molding area of 780 x 540 mm. Under normal production conditions, the equipment can achieve 45 cycles per minute.
However, the speed of operation depends on several factors, including the material, thickness, and depth of the sheet. For instance, when producing the same product using PP and PET sheets, PET typically runs faster because PP requires higher temperatures to soften and takes longer to form. If the machine operates at an excessively high speed, it may result in incomplete molding or whitening of the product’s bottom.
In order to improve product accuracy and equipment quality, our equipment has been upgraded to servo motor drive. Each workstation is supported by four pillars to ensure stronger stability of the machine during high-speed operation. Meanwhile, each frame of our thermoforming machine is made of high-strength steel, which enhances the durability of the machine.
In addition to having quality, a machine also needs to be equipped with a user-friendly interface. To help customers better control the equipment, we usually equip them with Siemens brand touch screens. Siemens touch screens, which provide more accurate temperature feedback We have also established separate operating interfaces for each workstation and added automatic production programs. After debugging the mold, our engineers will input the mold's operating parameters into the system. The next time the customer starts the equipment, they simply need to press the one-button start to begin production
