Features

A four-station thermoforming machine, also known as a multi-station thermoforming machine, integrates four stations: forming, punching, cutting, and stacking. The machine is equipped with eight Siemens servo motors, including two 3.5KW servo motors for feeding and stacking, and six 7KW servo motors for the forming, punching, and cutting stations. It adopts an advanced built-in eccentric wheel drive design and thermoforming technology to ensure high-precision cutting and stable operation.

 

Sinoplast thermoforming machines offer a variety of configurations for customers to choose from, such as German ELSTEIN heating elements, SKF electric oil pumps, forming station servo motor stretching, cutting station mold heating, and other functions.

 

The machine is equipped with an advanced control system, ensuring users do not need to worry about insufficient lubricating oil during production. After every 1,000 cycles, the machine automatically activates the oil pump for lubrication, preventing damage caused by a lack of lubrication.
