Sinoplast thermoforming machine produces disposable PP bowls

The Sinoplast cup making machine is available in three standard forming sizes: 760 × 320 mm, 760 × 450 mm, and 760 × 540 mm.A larger forming area allows for more mold cavities, which in turn increases production output.The machine shown in this video uses the 760 × 450 mm forming size and is producing disposable PP bowls at a maximum speed of 20 cycles per minute.The machine is primarily servo-driven, with three servo motors controlling the sheet feeding, plug assist (stretching), and lower mold movement.Note that servo power varies by machine model, depending on the specific forming size and production requirements.
