Sinoplast Thermoforming Machine

The Sinoplast plastic thermoforming machine, also referred to as a multi-station thermoforming machine, is engineered to minimize labor costs while ensuring stable production for high-yield, low-consumption products. Available in three-station and four-station configurations, it excels in manufacturing disposable items such as egg trays, food containers, cup lids, and fruit packaging.

Compatible with materials including PP, PET, and PS, the machine boasts an expanded forming plate size (780x540mm, 780x650mm), which allows for more cavities and consequently higher output. Its production speed can reach up to 40 molds per minute when processing PET and 30 molds per minute for PP, with variations depending on the product's depth and the thickness of the sheet material.

Incorporating an innovative design concept and a sophisticated control system, the Sinoplast thermoforming machine is equipped with a mold parameter saving function. Once the initial setup and debugging are completed, the machine automatically stores these parameters for future use, enabling swift production startup with just a simple press of the start button.
