The four-station thermoforming machine—also categorized as a multi-station thermoforming system—seamlessly integrates four core operational stations: forming, punching, cutting, and stacking.

Powered by a robust drive system, it is equipped with eight Siemens servo motors, strategically allocated to optimize performance: two 3.5KW motors handle the precision feeding and stacking processes, while six 7KW motors drive the high-torque demands of the forming, punching, and cutting stations.

Leveraging an advanced built-in eccentric wheel drive mechanism paired with state-of-the-art thermoforming technology, the machine guarantees exceptional cutting precision and consistently stable operation, even under high-volume production conditions.
