The plastic cup thermoforming machine is designed to deliver high efficiency, energy savings, dimensional precision, and reduced labor costs. It specializes in producing disposable plastic items such as cups, bowls, and lids, using materials like PP, PS, and PET.

The forming plate size of this machine is 760 * 320 mm, and its running speed can reach up to 25 molds per minute during normal production. However, this speed depends on factors such as the size and depth of the cups being produced, as well as the thickness of the sheet material. For example, when producing a cup with a diameter of 90 mm and a thicker sheet material, more heating and forming time will be required, resulting in a slower production speed.

The Sinoplast Plastic Cup Making Machine is equipped with three servo motors located at the feeding, stretching, and lower die movement points to ensure speed and precision during operation. The machine is made of 120×120mm square steel and the base is made of 40mm thick solid steel plate, which improves the operational stability.

We can design molds based on samples provided by customers. We use imported processing equipment and advanced manufacturing technologies to achieve high precision in processing. If customers want to produce cups with similar shapes but different capacities, we can design the mold to be multi-purpose to save investment costs.
