The Sinoplast Thermoforming Cup Machine is available in a variety of configurations to suit different production needs. Customers can choose from heating elements from traditional brands or the renowned ELSTEIN (Germany) for superior energy efficiency. The machine is equipped with three servo motors as standard: two Yaskawa motors and one ELESY motor, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. For those with specific brand preferences, we can accommodate special requests.
The Thermoforming Cup Machine has 2 stations, namely forming station and stacking station. We also offer two stacking methods for customers to choose from, one is a belt type cup organizer and the other is a mechanical arm. If you only produce cups, you can choose a belt cup organizer, which not only improves the operation speed, but also has a better cost performance. In addition to the production of cups, if you want to produce plastic products such as bowls and plates, you need to choose a mechanical arm for stacking.
