Revolutionized Mold Installation: Implemented pneumatic clamping at both the forming and cutting stations. This drastically reduces mold changeover time, especially beneficial for customers utilizing multiple mold sets. Operators simply place the molds on the workstation and use the touchscreen to engage the clamping cylinders.

Intelligent Safety Feature

Sheet Anti-Fall Sensor: Addresses a common production challenge where inaccurate sheet temperature control can cause overheated sheets to fall into the oven, damaging heating elements. If the sensor detects a sheet fall due to operational error, the Plastic Thermoforming Machine automatically stops and safely pushes the oven out, preventing damage.

Reduced Operational Noise

Improved Air Source Treatment: Installed Festo mufflers at each solenoid valve, effectively reducing the noise generated during machine operation.
