The SPB-780E thermoforming machine is Sinoplast's largest model, with a forming layout of 780 * 650mm and equipped with three workstations. The opening and closing actions of each workstation are driven by servo motors, improving accuracy and control during the production process. In order to reduce the common shaking phenomenon in larger molding layout machines, SPB-780E adopts a sturdy four column structure to support each workstation. This structural reinforcement not only stabilizes the forming process, but also improves the accuracy of the final product.

In terms of electrical appliances, our thermoforming machine uses well-known brands from around the world, such as touch screen, servo motor, PLC control system, and we all use the German Siemens brand. The heating element uses German ELSTEIN. To ensure that the equipment does not produce significant noise during operation, our designer connected the vacuum pump and air storage tank to the machine, while also saving space waste. We have added silent cotton in areas where air is required for molding and stacking to reduce production noise.

The delivery time for purchasing Sinoplast forming machines is usually 45 days, and after the machine completes production, our engineers will debug the customer's molds. We will also send the produced products to the customer for confirmation. If the customer confirms that no changes are needed, the machine can be packaged and sent to the customer's factory. After arriving at the customer's factory, we will send an engineer to the customer's factory for installation and debugging.
