The SPM-780D thermoforming machine is an efficient four-station thermoforming machine with a forming area of 780 * 540 MM. Compared to the three-station thermoforming machine, the four-station machine includes an additional punching station. The whole machine is equipped with a total of 8 servo motors, which can accurately control the stop position, speed, and acceleration of the eccentric wheel, thereby achieving high-precision motion control. At the same time, the servo motors can automatically adjust the power output according to the load situation, effectively reducing unnecessary energy consumption and lowering production costs.
The Sinoplast thermoforming machine is equipped with advanced control systems, such as PLC control and touch screen operation, supporting automation. After mold production is completed, our engineers will debug it. If the customer is satisfied with the product, no modifications are needed. Our engineers will also save the operating parameters of this mold set to the equipment program, so adjustments are unnecessary the next time the customer starts the machine.
