The Sinoplast plastic thermoforming machine, also known as the multi-station thermoforming machine, is designed to reduce labor costs and stabilize production for high-yield, low-consumption products. Available in three-station and four-station models, the machine is ideal for producing disposable items like egg trays, meal boxes, cup lids, and fruit packaging.
It supports materials such as PP, PET, and PS, with larger forming plate sizes (780x540mm, 780x650mm) allowing for more cavities and higher output. The machine can reach speeds of up to 40 molds per minute with PET and 30 molds per minute with PP, depending on product depth and sheet thickness.

The operator only needs to place the mold on the mold table and push it in, and press the one button lock button to complete the replacement. Compared to traditional machines, there is no need to manually align the upper and lower molds.
