The Less Energy Consumption Thermoforming Machine is suitable for processing different materials such as PP, PS, PET and producing various plastic products: trays, lids, vegetable boxes, flower pots, plates.

 

The SP-780E Thermoforming Machine adopts a multi station integrated design, integrating functions such as puching, cutting, and stacking into one machine. The opening and closing of each workstation are driven by servo motors. In order to provide customers with a clear understanding of the power cost and output of the equipment during the production process, we have added a program to calculate power and output on the touch screen of the machine. Customers can input it into our machines based on the local electricity price per kilowatt hour, and the equipment will automatically calculate it during the production process. At the same time, in order to save electricity costs, our equipment uses heating elements from the German ELSTEIN brand, which can reduce electricity costs during the production process.
