The SPE-760D Plastic Cup Machine is specialized equipment designed for the production of disposable soft plastic cups. It features a molding layout of 760 * 450mm, and is compatible with materials such as PP, PS, and PET.

Sinoplast offers two types of stacking equipment for customers to choose from:

1.Belt-Type Cup Sorting Machine: This option is ideal for customers who intend to produce only plastic cups. It is a cost-effective and efficient solution for sorting and stacking cups in a continuous manner.

2.Robotic Arm: A more advanced option that provides flexibility for handling various products or high-speed sorting. This solution is typically used to produce different products, such as cups, plates, bowls, etc.

In order to save energy during the production process of plastic cup machines, we usually provide two types of heating elements for customers to choose from, one is domestic heating elements and the other is German ELSTEIN brand heating elements. For customers in countries with high electricity prices, ELSTEIN heating elements can be chosen to save electricity costs during the production process.

To purchase a plastic cup machine for production, a minimum area of 200 square meters is required. After the machine is transported to the customer's factory, we will send engineers to install and adjust it, and guide the customer in the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
