SPS-760E automatic plastic cup making machine is Sinoplast's largest molding layout plastic cup making machine, with a Max Forming Area of 760 * 540MM, used for producing disposable plastic products such as cups, bowls, plates, etc. The machine is constructed with square steel material and fixed with four pillars to ensure stability during production.
The Sinoplast pet cup making machine uses three Yaskawa servo motors to control the stretching plug inside the upper mold, the movement of the lower mold table and feeding , and the operation is controlled by PLC and touch screen. In order to reduce the electricity consumption of the machine during the production process, we used German ELSTEIN heating elements and Omron temperature controllers to ensure that the temperature in each area is controlled by a temperature controller. All processing steps (feeding, heating, stretching, forming, and in mold cutting) are fully automated.
If customers want to produce products of different sizes, they can achieve this by changing the molds.
